The best seawalls start
with the best seawall slabs. The concrete used to build our slabs is nearly twice as strong as the building codes require. Stronger slabs mean less cracking and leaking over time than weaker concrete. Our slabs are professionally pre-cast by Oldcastle Pre-cast, a global company that builds the area’s finest pre-cast concrete products. Each slab is individually inspected prior to installation.
The steel that we use in our seawall cap construction is also a premium product. The main cause of concrete failure is when the steel inside
the concrete rusts and expands. We use an
Epoxy-Coated premium steel re-bar for
maximum corrosion protection. |
